A "Pearl" is "one that is very choice or
precious". According to many people that is also the description they
would use to describe their horses sired by Mountain Pearl. It is
certainly true of Mountain Pearl himself, and all of his offspring that we have
known. So, we bestowed the term "Pearl" on all horses sired by
Mountain Pearl which leads to this web site. Pearls are in demand,
and difficult to find as few owners want to part with them. Here we will
list Pearls that we have for sale, and some that other people have asked us to
post.
IMPORTANT: Some of the horses listed are not
owned by Fox Hollow Sport horses and we are not acting as agents for the owners.
All information is provided by the respective owners. Neither the information or the horses themselves are warranted by Fox Hollow or
The Solution Factor.
Please contact the owner directly for additional information.

Padi's Copper Bling is a chestnut IDSH filly
born April 7, 2007. She is by Mountain Pearl and out of our
homegrown TB mare Incredustar
"Una" is absolutely stunning. She is shedding her red
foal coat and uncovering a deep liver color -- a beautiful contrast to
her white markings. The farrier took one look at her and said
"She's special...and she knows it." She prefers
human companionship to her pasture mates and is very willing and
amenable. She exhibits dynamic presence and shows lovely
conformation. She will certainly attract attention wherever she
goes.
"Una's" full sister, Padi's Celtic Rose turned in a
magnificent show year in 2007 - finishing the year by winning the
Performance Championship for Partbreds at the IDHSNA National show in
September. More

Mare and
Foal for sale
Dapples
n Dimples
1992 JC Thoroughbred
Beautiful filly foaled 1/26/2008 -
named Neelah
Dapples
is a sweet 15.3 hh flea-bitten grey mare with lots of talent and
experience. She raced 6 times and fox hunted extensively under a
variety of riders. She began eventing with an adult rider placing
well in her competitions. Carol then bought her for her teenage
daughter Alicia to compete. She placed 3rd in their first
competition and 10th in the second. Unfortunately Dapples
sustained a shoulder injury at that time. She healed well, but the
most recent veterinary recommendation is that she do flat work
only. So they decided to give her a year off and breed her to
Mountain Pearl.
Dapples' is JC
registered as Sculpturesque, JC 9211272, foaled Apr 4, 1992, by
Magloire, out of Chisel. Click here for her complete
pedigree.
Everyone asks Carol
how can they sell her? With these parents the foal is likely to be
a sensation, and one of Mountain Pearl's last North American sport
horses - and such a nice mare, too! Two reasons: Alicia has left
for college, and their other horse, Padi's Copper Flash, is now actively
competing - two situations that require funding. So if you are
interest in sharing your world with a wonderful mare or her beautiful
Mountain Pearl filly call today.
